I was asked to respond as a ‘career agony aunt’ to the Next Step career crisis section. The question asked was about considered a career change in their 50’s. As this is one of my areas of expertise and what I researched for my doctoral studies, I was delighted to offer my advice. Some of the key advice was think about the skills you have, what you enjoy and what you want to use going forward complete a skills audit take to people in roles that you find interesting to see wha
